Visited Orlando Jan.3-9, 2011. This villa is in a fantastic location. Close to all theme parks. The house is very accommodating with all the essentials - feels like your at home. We will definitely recommend to others in the future and most definitely rent again. Thank you Steve!

Fab villa, really close to disney, we stayed Easter 2010, plenty of room for two families with 4 children between us. Resort great as well, kids activities at the clubhouse, will book again!

We stayed at Steve's villa from February 20 to March 18, 2010 and found it to be a great experience. Though we had vacationed in Florida several times, this was our first exposure to house rental, and were a little apprehensive, sight unseen. However, Steve made the initial contacts very easy, answered all our questions, replied promptly to emails, and that certainly raised the trust factor.
The house was perfect for us, just right-sized for having our son/daughter visit with their young families on different weeks. Having amenities like the high chair, stroller, baby cot were invaluable. We were thrilled to see that there was even a bed guard that we used for our toddler grandson, just going into a regular bed. The kitchen had everything you would need for preparing meals, even thinking of things like a corkscrew to open wine bottles. Small appliances like the toaster and the blender appeared rather new. There was lots of cutlery and plates (both china and plastic) so we rarely got caught without things we needed. It was great having the dishwasher when I was too lazy to hand-wash. Everything in the kitchen was very clean.
The linen was very comfortable, and the towels were good quality, and plentiful. It was perfect having the three bathrooms... I can't imagine having less when we had the kids there. The use of the washer/ dryer was invaluable!
The property managers did a great job in attending to our needs. They followed through on requests promptly and kindly (hairdryer, extra cleaning, broken items in the games room).
The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We could not have managed without pool heat, especially with the cold weather that we experienced in Florida this year, and also because it is on the north exposure. So, our limited time in such a nice setting was our only disappointment, but no one can control the weather! The pool was faithfully cleaned and checked every week by a pool company.
The kids enjoyed the close proximity to Disney and all the other attractions/restaurants available. Emerald Island is an excellent gated community. Certainly, if the weather had been nicer, we would have taken better advantage of the amenities they had to offer.
We would have liked to have had wi-fi internet or a long-distance plan included in our stay. However, having the pool heating and taxes included in the price made this a very reasonable place to stay. We would have no trouble recommending Steve's villa to family and friends because our experience was a very positive one!

We were really comfortable in the villa, which by the way your pictures do not do it justice! villa is huge!
Really clean and the resort management team are fab, our toaster was faulty and a new one was brought the next day gold star

You are very cordial and polite. Always quick to answer e-mails. The villa was really nice and perfect location as it was close to Disney, groceries, and restaurants. The best value in Orlando! A house is definitely the way to go - no more hotels! The management company was good too. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed in May/June 2008. This is a very nice home and Emerald Island is a very nice gated community. It is close to Disney and we would come back in the afternoon to enjoy the a/c and pool before heading to the parks for evening activities. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the villa in March 2008, its a perfect place to stay. Close to disney. The pool was lovely and warm.The kids loved it! Be back soon !!
